1. 60 Day Money Back Guarantee

At DermRays, we uphold a customer-focused philosophy dedicated to improving your satisfaction and overall experience. With complete confidence in our products, we are happy to offer a 60-day return and exchange service from the date of purchase.

Conditions to be met: Hair removal requires prolonged use for visible effects. We recommend following our usage guidelines for at least one month. After about a month, we believe you will see a significant reduction in your hair. If the product is used less than one month, your return request will be considered invalid.
Note: All returns and exchanges must receive prior authorization from our customer service department. Items returned to us must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and include all accessories.

2. 100% full refund

If you receive items that are damaged, defective, or do not match your order, please contact us immediately at support@dermrays.com . You are not responsible for the return shipping costs and we do not charge any fees related to returns.

If the return is due to other circumstances, we do not cover the return costs.

3. Return and Refund Process

  • Contact support@dermrays.com : provide your email address, order number, name and confirm whether the package is opened or sealed. Additionally, tell us the reason for the return. Our team will process your return request and respond to you within 48 hours.
  • Return the package: Return the product, in its original packaging and in good condition, along with all accessories, to the address we provide you.
  • Receive a Refund: Upon receipt of the undamaged return, we will initiate the refund and notify you via a refund notification email. Funds will be returned to your payment account within 10-15 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this time, contact your bank or financial services provider.

Note: We are not responsible for packages lost during the returns process and will not issue refunds in such cases.

4. Unacceptable return conditions

  • Original product, accessories, manuals, cables or other items originally included with the product missing or damaged.
  • Products physically damaged or damage caused by obvious misuse.
  • Products with stains (scratches, food stains, oil stains, etc.).
  • Orders placed more than 60 days ago


5. One year warranty policy

DermRays offers one year warranty service from the date of purchase to ensure your smooth use. If you discover any faults rendering the device unusable (e.g. failure to power on) during this period, contact us at support@dermrays.com .

Note: Changes in appearance due to regular wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, misuse or neglect are not covered. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. Damage resulting from personal misuse (including breakage) is not eligible for warranty service.
